Meet Our Staff

Dr. Adam Sorrells was born and raised in DeSoto county. After finishing high school he received his undergraduate degree in Animal Biology from the University of Florida. He then studied at Ross University school of Veterinary Medicine and completed his clinical year at NC State in Raleigh NC. Upon graduating and receiving his DVM degree, he move back home to Arcadia. He began working at Animal Ark in 2010 and then purchased the practice from Dr. Overcash in 2011. Since that time he has been striving to provide the best patient and client care to our community and has helped grow the practice to what it is today.
